Regional Supply Chain Graduate Trainee (1 July 2026 - 12 July 2027)

You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumer, customers, suppliers, and other partners.

As a Regional Supply Chain Graduate Trainee, you will:

• Consolidation of monthly reports and analysis (Monthly Trends, Monthly transmission Inconsistency check, etc)
• Management of Non Asia Catalogue Sourcing (Monthly Transmissions, Catalogue Management, Power BI management, Coordination with EU and US S&OP)
• Manage and maintain information in SAP systems
• Support other Supply Planning tasks
• Supply planning/automations projects

As a Regional Supply Chain Graduate Trainee, you should be:

• Analytical and strong in project and stakeholder management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong learning attitude
• Proficient in Power Bi in order to automate excel tasks and reporting
• VBA knowledge to help in data automations
• Strong aptitude for numbers and enjoys working with large sets of data
• Independent worker and able to deliver within tight timelines
• Good sense of initiative and strong in follow-up skills
