Calling all innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs! Are you between 18 and 30, brimming with ideas, and passionate about the future of technology and luxury fragrance? L'Oréal Brandstorm 2026 is your chance to make a real impact!

The Challenge:

Team up with two other brilliant minds to craft the future of luxury fragrance. We challenge you to elevate creativity, design unparalleled products and transformative experiences that redefine the olfactory landscape. You will need to master the balance between Art & Science, be driven by a permanent quest for the extraordinary and be obsessed with unlocking the emotional power of luxury fragrance.

Your Mission:

  • Fragrance at the Forefront: Dive deep into the multiple facets of luxury fragrance savoir-faire. Find symbiosis between emotion and reason, between intuition and expertise, between art and science. Deviate from traditional norms, drive change through bold innovation and memorable experiences.
  • Harness the power of technology & science: Integrate data, digital tools, augmented reality, and the magic of Generative AI to create unforgettable creations that break boundaries.
  • Inclusivity & Sustainability: Build with purpose! Ensure your creations are inclusive and have a positive impact, for a more mindful beauty.

Timeline:

  • Gameplay (Registration & Submission Deadline): March 31st Form a team of 3.

  • Submit a 3-slide pitch deck (PPT or PDF) outlining your innovative idea.

  • Submit a 3-minute video (MP4) introducing your team and answering five pre-defined questions based on L'Oréal's dimensions of potential.

  • Local Selection: Between submission deadline and announcement of local finalists.

  • Local Final: May 2026. Finalists pitch their ideas at L'Oréal's local HQ, in White City!

  • Mentoring: Between Local Final and June 2026. Local winners receive expert mentoring.

  • International Finals: June 2026 in Paris.
