As an R2R Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements while driving excellence in accounting processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll join a dynamic, multicultural team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Ensure timely completion of all transactional tasks enabling to close the monthly/quarterly/semester or year-end financial statements
• Calculate and post provisions according to group methodology/requirements
• Manage system interfaces & reconciliations
• Perform Payroll booking
• Prepare internal control reports
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation and review
• Prepare and submit group consolidation reporting
• Prepare reports and liaise with external auditors
• Follow target accounting and controlling processes and group norms
• Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality
• Participation in group and local financial projects to improve processes
• Use the lean mindset in day to day work

You’re a great match for this role if you have:

• A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA is a plus).
• Solid experience in accounting/finance, including group and statutory financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of FCT Blackline (nice to have).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
