A Day in the Life

As our Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager in Lahore/Sheikhupura, you will orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for our factory. This is a strategic role where you will ensure seamless material availability and optimal inventory levels, directly supporting our business growth and operational excellence.

You will be empowered to:

  • Lead Planning Cycles: Master the production and material planning process using SAP and other tools, running MRP to guarantee uninterrupted material flow for our manufacturing operations.
  • Manage Supplier Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with raw and packaging material suppliers, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure service quality, manage lead times, and drive cost optimization.
  • Optimize Inventory & Financials: Drive inventory optimization to improve cash flow and meet DOC targets. You'll lead initiatives to reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock, ensuring strong governance and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Success: Act as a key business partner to Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams, ensuring supply chain readiness for new product launches, promotions, and key operational priorities.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset who excels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are a natural problem-solver who can navigate complex challenges and inspire a high-performing team.

You're a great match if you have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Strategic Planning: Highly experienced in production and materials planning within a manufacturing context, with strong SAP knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to partner with diverse teams like Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing to achieve shared goals.
  • Operational Excellence: A track record of optimizing inventory, reducing waste (SLOB), and improving overall supply chain performance.
  • Data & Analytical Orientation: Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, manage stock health, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership & Team Development: A commitment to coaching and developing a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
