If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at cross-functional collaboration, this exciting opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Go-To-Market-Strategy: Own and define the online category and brand growth strategy by identifying WHERE to play (key retailers), WHAT to prioritize (hero products & assortment), WHEN to activate (key retail moments calendar) and HOW to win (defining activation strategies and tactics).
- End-to-End Execution: Responsible for orchestrating the flawless execution of all online activation plans, ensuring seamless alignment with the overarching strategy. This includes spearheading impactful new product launches online. Maximizing key retailer moments by collaborating closely with internal teams. Delivering impactful hero product selections and optimized assortment strategies that drive results across the trade. Securing and aligning resources & budgets behind our strategies to ensure we have the fuel to win.
- Performance Management: Proactively monitor and analyse the latest performance data, benchmarking against the competition to inform ongoing plan adaptation. Deliver actionable insights on key initiatives, including new product launches, key retailer moments, and hero product & assortment performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: This role will champion effective collaboration with Retail Media (+Events), Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of paid media and on-site investments with key activation moments, hero product strategies, optimized assortments, and new product launches.
- Content Optimisation: Develop an understanding of best-in-class PDP content and establish a content roadmap that will lead to improvement in key KPIs. Brief and approve all assets for retailer-specific activations, ensuring alignment with marketing best practices. Monitor the health of our online PDPs as tools become available to inform ongoing optimization.
