Scientist, Skincare Formulation

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop skincare product based on marketing brief and manager assignment

• Ensure product quality, safety and performance, in time reporting.

• Identify and detect potential risks in projects and alert in time, analyze and propose technical solutions

• Respect key milestones in development process and officialize formulas in a prompt and responsible manner by coordinating and validating different development phases with MARKETING/OPERATIO/RI Related partners

• MKT Cosmetic product technical evaluation and synthesize

• Participate in protection of L’Oréal intelligence property

• Ensure safety/Quality regulation within lab

Competence:

• 5+ years’ experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers.
• Master’s degree in related science: polymer, physical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, food industry, fine industry, etc.
• Good listening, writing, and speaking in English
• Clear communication and ability of quick adaptation
