As the "voice of the consumer," you are a strategic partner who transforms complex data into clear recommendations. Your mission is to guide Marketing teams and General Management in their decision-making by analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

MAIN MISSIONS : Data Analysis

  • Analyze multiple data sources (market data, consumer panels, consumer studies, consumer interviews, social listening etc.. to answer business questions.

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate new consumer and business intelligence sources (including Amazon Marketing Cloud AMC, e-commerce analytics platforms, competitive intelligence, etc…) to enrich our market and consumer understanding

  • Develop a 360° vision by integrating and connecting consumer, shopper, social and market data.

  • Identify and analyze emerging trends (macro, consumer shifts, categories, social) to anticipate future shifts.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Sharp market curiosity and analytical ability to dissect competitor strategies, identify market gaps, and anticipate emerging industry trends

Storytelling and Visualization

  • Translate analyses into impactful, visual, and narrative-driven presentations.
  • Build presentations on key consumer targets, beauty categories and macro trends.
  • Write clear and objective analysis summaries.

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to define high-potential consumer segments for Consumer Acquisition
  • Identify growth "white spaces" within categories.
  • Work with the Digital team to analyze social listening data and e-commerce performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Data Mastery: Excellent ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets (advanced Excel, panels like Nielsen, social analytics tools).
  • Analytical Rigor: Precision and meticulous attention to detail in numerical analysis.
  • Statistical Literacy: critically read, interpret, and evaluate basic data and percentages, while understanding key research principles such as sample size and margin of error.
  • Data Integrity & Objective Analysis: Ability to assess data reliability, identify biases, avoid drawing false conclusions and present research findings with complete neutrality
  • Data Storytelling & Presentation: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into simple, clear, visual, and persuasive presentations tailored to diverse audiences, creating highly actionable insights for business impact
  • AI-savvy: Highly comfortable with leveraging AI tools for productivity or analysis.

  • Consumer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for decoding consumer behavior, trends, and motivations to drive brand/category strategy.

Fluent in French and English is a great asset
