• As a Trainer for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Hungary, you will be a key ambassador for our brands like La Roche-Posay, Vichy, and Cera Ve. Reporting to the Senior Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that empower pharmacy teams with the knowledge and skills to represent our products with excellence.
• External & Internal Training: You will organize and lead engaging training sessions for our key clients (pharmacies), both at their locations and through larger, externally-held events. You will also conduct internal training for L'Oréal employees to ensure deep product knowledge across teams.
• Content Creation: You will prepare and adapt a variety of training materials for both online and offline use, translating scientific information into compelling educational content.
• Event Management: You will manage the logistics for larger training events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all attendees.
• Collaboration & Improvement: You will work in close partnership with the sales and marketing teams to align educational strategies with business goals. You will also monitor the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seek ways to improve.

We Are Looking For:

We are searching for a dynamic individual with a strong background in pharmacy or dermo-cosmetics and a talent for education. You are a perfect fit if you thrive on sharing knowledge and connecting with people. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in the pharmacy field or a related educational background is essential.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and train diverse audiences. Previous experience in preparing and delivering training is a significant advantage.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize events and manage multiple priorities.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required, as training materials are often provided in English.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Hungary (national coverage).
