Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Pioneer a new brand launch: Develop the foundational 360° marketing strategy from scratch, executing innovative campaigns to establish a strong presence, build brand love, and drive rapid growth for a new brand.
- Build the go-to-market plan: Own the brand’s marketing calendar, defining the launch sequence for products and pillar campaigns that capture the attention of both consumers and healthcare professionals.
- Drive collaborative success: Work in partnership with digital, e-commerce, and medical teams to ensure a seamless and compelling omnichannel experience for our consumers right from the start.
- Leverage key insights: Utilize your understanding of the beauty market and medical insights to build brand narratives that are both emotionally resonant and scientifically credible.

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare landscape. You are a strategic thinker who excels at managing projects from end-to-end and can thrive in a collaborative environment. You are the perfect fit if you have:
- Brand Business Leadership: A proven ability to lead a brand’s strategy and performance in the market.
- Category Expertise: The skill to develop and own a category strategy, identifying key growth opportunities.
- Campaign & Content Management: Expertise in creating and managing engaging, multi-platform campaigns that drive results.
- Medical Relations: An understanding of how to build and leverage relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Retail / Trade Activation: Experience in managing both online and offline retail activations to drive sales.
