A Day in the Life as (Assistant) Key Account Manager, owning day-to-day partnership to drive traffic, conversion and sales growth for our beauty portfolio.

  • Account Growth & JBP Execution: Build and execute joint business plans, negotiate commercial terms with Shopee, and deliver monthly sell-in/sell-out reconciliation and MBRs.
  • Platform Operations & Campaigns: Operate Shopee (and MOMO where relevant) storefronts, manage campaign calendar, merchandising, promos and on-time campaign execution.
  • Data & Commercial Insights: Monitor PV/UV/CR, basket metrics and ROI; translate insights into pricing, promo and assortment actions to maximize sales.
  • Forecasting & Cross‑Functional Delivery: Lead forecasting, stock follow-up and collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution.

We Are Looking For You are results-oriented with an ownership mindset and an ability to deliver under tight campaign timelines. Key qualifications:

  • Key Account Management (platform partnerships & JBP execution)
  • E‑commerce Platform Operations (Shopee / MOMO expertise)
  • Data Analysis & Commercial Insights (PV/UV/CR, basket metrics, ROI)
  • Trade & Campaign Activation (campaign planning & tight timeline delivery)
  • Cross‑functional Stakeholder Management (marketing, supply chain, digital)
    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field. Chinese and English working proficiency.
