How you create impact

  • Drive business growth and diversification in line with financial and volume targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities for assigned customers, including prospecting, quotation preparation, and pipeline management to secure sustainable business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Location (CCL), Pricing, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies and pricing decisions.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in internal systems.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, supporting service improvements and issue resolution.
  • Review customer portfolios regularly with internal stakeholders to drive performance and growth.
  • Enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through strong relationship management.

What we would like you to bring

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and handling end-to-end sales cycles, including quotation preparation and negotiation.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitor landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM or internal sales systems with good data management practices.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
