As the GS Sea Logistics Manager, you will lead the Sea Logistics organization within KN Global Services Belgrade and drive the implementation of the global Sea Logistics blueprint. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and consistent customer‑focused service delivery across all Sea Logistics teams.

How you create impact

• Lead and develop the Sea Logistics organization, setting the tone for high performance and collaboration
• Own the full Sea Logistics P&L (Sea‑Hosted, Sea‑Managed, Sea‑Support) in line with transfer pricing guidelines
• Partner closely with GS Belgrade leadership and the Global Process Owner (GPO) to drive standardization and continuous improvement
• Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with global workflows, as well as the successful implementation of build‑up plans
• Strengthen leadership capabilities, ensure succession planning, and foster a diverse and inclusive team culture
• Oversee monthly KPI performance, operational excellence, documentation standards, and ISO compliance
• Support automation initiatives and actively share best practices across global Sea Logistics network

What we would like you to bring

• University degree; a background in freight forwarding is an advantage
• Strong planning, organizational and change management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated leadership capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Solid expertise in sea freight and forwarding operations
• Strong communication skills, commercial mindset and performance-driven approach
• Proven experience in transformation initiatives and managing change
• High attention to detail, with strong time management and decision‑making skills
• Fluency in English
• Project management experience and international exposure are considered a plus
• Leadership experience within the Sea Logistics BU is strongly preferred
