THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acquisition Analytics Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in providing best in class data and analytics support to the Casino Acquisition organization.

As the Acquisition Analytics Manager you will play a critical role in supporting the acquisition team, providing valuable insights to inform key business decisions regarding new player acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in analytics and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

THE GAME PLAN

· Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success.

· Collaborate with the acquisition team to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them.

· Manage a team of analysts to execute analytics projects and provide guidance and mentorship for their professional development.

· Partner with key stakeholders, including acquisition and marketing leadership, to understand their business problems and proactively identify opportunities to drive value through strategic analytics.

· Act and serve as a leader within the analytics team and the wider commercial organization.

· Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

· Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics throughout the organization.

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate

· Bachelor’s degree needed

· 5+ years of experience in data and analytics and 1+ years of team management

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to think strategically and commercially, with a strong understanding of business principles and how to drive value through analytics

· High familiarity with advanced Analytics techniques and BI tools

· Ability to think and act autonomously and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and drive

The applicable salary range for this position is $121,000 - $151,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. Fan Duel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
