You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your market knowledge along with your development expertise + skills to the delivery of business development + growth.

How you create impact
The primary duty of the Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geographical scope, interface to FU Sales, xBU sales engagement, lead/support product development, lead/support pricing and all solutions under Air Logistics.

  • What we would like you to bring

Strategic Business Development:

  • Fully responsible for country volume & yield growth/retention.
  • Customer development, FU Sales & x

BU Sales engagement:

  • Understanding key local market dynamics and react as needed

  • Analyze competition and market data to ensure KN understand the key gaps and working with National Air Logistics manager to bridge them and deliver superior solution/service in the geographical coverage area.

  • Speak in local industry forums / exhibitions and write press articles Product Development

  • Responsible or support all product rollout within country as per global team direction.

  • Pricing responsible or support ensure country team follow global direction, meeting set KPI and rollout the process.

  • Responsible for local sustainability topics and support global rollout plans.

  • Operation & Customer Experience

  • Support Customer Care location setup and ensure we follow global process.

  • Responisble to monitor country Customer Feedback tool and its feedback with CCL Manager.

  • Support escalation and ensure continue to work with CCL /OCC & RCC responsible to improve the overall performance & customer experiences. What's in it for you
