You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Business Growth.

How you create impact

Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new Contract Logistics business by coordinating all business development actions + triggering opportunities for larger accounts at a country or cluster level.
You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives.

• To develop and manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
• To lead commercial negotiations and create high quality business proposals.
• To actively develop and maintain customer contacts along with a network of prospects.
• To actively network and link with other colleagues (Subject matter experts, Vertical Specialists, Account Managers) at every level of the organisation, from global to regional to country.
• To highlight achievements in the business development space using a variety of dynamic tools.
• To capture and manage business and market intelligence, ensuring the communication of same to key stakeholders.
• To drive and roll-out yearly business development plans.
