Na Kuehne+Nagel, estamos buscando um(a)Especialista de Recursos Humanos para atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) do negócio, apoiando líderes e colaboradores em temas essenciais do ciclo de gente e contribuindo diretamente para fortalecer nossa cultura e experiência do colaborador.
How you create impact
- Atuar como ponto de contato de RH para gestores e colaboradores da área atendida.
- Apoiar líderes em decisões de gestão de pessoas: movimentações, promoções, sucessão, feedback e planos de ação.
- Conduzir diagnósticos organizacionais e propor melhorias com foco em performance, clima e cultura.
- Acompanhamento do ciclo anual: metas, avaliações, calibrações, PDI e talent review.
- Suportar processos de PLR, elegibilidade e políticas associadas.
- Atuar alinhada(o) com Talent Acquisition quando o processo for corporativo.
- Garantir uma experiência positiva para novos colaboradores durante o processo de admissão e integração.
- Elaborar e acompanhar planos de integração (30/60/90 dias).
- Promover iniciativas internas de engajamento, comunicação e clima.
- Apoiar iniciativas de treinamentos obrigatórios e programas corporativos.
- Mapear necessidades de treinamento e propor ações de desenvolvimento.
- Assegurar conformidade com a legislação trabalhista, acordos coletivos e políticas internas.
- Acompanhar processos em parceria com folha de pagamento.
- Realizar entrevistas de desligamento e recomendar ações com base em dados
- Participar ou liderar projetos de melhoria contínua, digitalização, cultura e diversidade.
- Apoiar auditorias internas e externas.
What we would like you to bring
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.

- 5 anos de experiência em processos generalistas de Recursos Humanos
- Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista.
- Familiaridade com sistemas de RH (tais como ATS ou CRM);
- Inglês avançado
