How you create impact
- Lead, develop, and strengthen the Healthcare capability within the organization, ensuring operational excellence and continuous growth.
- Provide end-to-end training management, including basic, refresher, and specialized healthcare trainings (e.g., Dangerous Goods Regulation, Envirotainer, etc.).
- Maintain updated Working Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of newly awarded business to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and effectively communicate progress and opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer expert guidance on healthcare transport requirements, packaging solutions, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Pricing teams to support business growth and strategic development within the Healthcare vertical.
- Ensure consistent service quality through regular engagement and performance review with carrier partners.
- Support internal and external audits by working closely with compliance and operational teams.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 10 years experience with Air freight, strong operational knowledge of Healthcare logistics, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Experience with specialized trainings such as Dangerous Goods Regulation or Qualified Envirotainer Provider certification (advantageous).
- Demonstrated capability to lead new business implementations and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
- Solid understanding of transportation, temperature-controlled packaging, and healthcare supply chain best practices.
- Ability to manage carrier performance and maintain quality standards.
- Experience in supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
