Lead and scale the Road Logistics business in Indonesia with full accountability for strategy, commercial growth, operational performance, and profitability while ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

How you create impact

Strategy & Business Growth:

• Define and execute national road logistics strategy aligned with regional objectives
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning
• Expand customer base, strategic partnerships, and service offerings

P&L Management

• Own full P&L, including revenue, margins, and cost control
• Drive pricing strategy, profitability, and financial discipline
• Deliver against budget, forecasts, and financial targets

Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end road logistics operations
• Ensure service reliability, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency
• Drive process improvements, digitalization, and network optimization
• Maintain compliance with transport, safety, and regulatory standards

Commercial Leadership

• Lead sales strategy, key account management, and tender execution
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure retention and growth
• Collaborate with regional/global teams on large opportunities

Leadership & People Development:

• Build and lead high-performing commercial and operations teams
• Develop leadership bench strength and succession plans
• Foster a performance-driven, customer-centric culture

Risk & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Manage operational risks, contracts, and governance requirements
• Support ESG and sustainability initiatives

What we would like you to bring

Education:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field

Experience:

• 10–15+ years in logistics, with strong road transport expertise
• Proven P&L ownership and business scaling experience
• Leadership of large, multi-site teams
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia logistics market
