As a Sea Logistics Pricing Specialist, you will be a key member of the Sea Logistics Trade & Pricing team, responsible for managing export sea freight pricing requests and RFQs.
Working closely with Sales, KAMs, Trade Management, and the global network, you will ensure timely, accurate, and market-competitive quotations while meeting defined KPIs and profitability targets.
How you create impact
Prepare accurate and competitive export sea freight quotations for regular and spot pricing requests.
Handle incoming pricing requests in line with regional and local trade processes and agreed KPIs.
Collaborate with overseas offices to obtain international freight rates and local charges.
Work closely with Trade Management to ensure pricing aligns with market conditions and carrier strategies.
Utilize pricing systems and tools to deliver high-quality, market-competitive quotations.
Support carrier negotiations in coordination with Trade Management to secure optimal pricing.
Assess routing options and profitability to maximize commercial performance.
Contribute to team success through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support of colleagues.
What we would like you to bring
2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, sea logistics, or pricing/RFQ handling.
Strong knowledge of sea logistics products with solid commercial and market awareness.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of IT literacy, particularly in MS Excel and pricing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities..Fluency in Arabic and English.

26F, Bcom hons 3.5+ years of experience- Started at Kuehne nagel 4PL scene, enjoyed the core Logistics planning a lot but due to lack of growth in role and contract position had to switch, moved to Accenture- was told it's a logistics role however they put me in order management/accounts payable mix role, mostly material management related.
