As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. How you create impact

  • To implement all annual excellence certification activities for your site; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.
  • To ensure awareness of key production system/continuous improvement tools + programs across operational activities.
  • To audit your site against operational excellence standards.
  • To execute continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.
  • To coach your colleagues in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.
  • To support deep dive value stream mapping events.
  • To support + monitor Kaizen projects to deliver productivity + quality improvementsin operational activities. 

What we would like you to bring

  • Business proficiency in both English and Korean
  • Working based at the Anseong Site 
  • Preferred qualification: Six Sigma Green Belt + certification.
  • A relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and technical tools.
  • Solid understanding of contract logistics operational processes, products, and services. 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
