Desired Previous Job Experience:

  • Accounting position at a regional Accounting Centers or Corporate Office Accounting position
  • Store Auditor
  • Proficient in IRS (Inventory Reconciliation System)

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage relationship with 3rd party inventory service.
  • Schedule Inventories with 3rd party inventory service and stores.
  • Maintain and distribute any audit schedules.
  • Oversee/Oversee all types of store audits conducted by a 3rd party services or internally.
  • Perform all types of store audits.

  • Inventory Reconciliation System (IRS) Administrator
  • Facilitate store closings inventory.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
