
OPERATIONS ADMIN SUPPORT

Minimum

Excellent phone and written/oral communication skills and good typing/filing skills

Ability to write reports and correspondence

Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer skills

Ability to exhibit good judgement and role model strong customer service skills

Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan and meet deadlines

Prior experience supporting several managers

Provide day-to-day administrative support for applicable department and staff

Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated

Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos and reports.

Produce and assemble materials/documents needed for meetings, training sessions and presentations
-
Process district/department mail and distribute accordingly.

Read and understand operating statements, work accurately with numbers and recap information for the department

Maintain communications between store managers, coordinators and districts
-
Work with applicable departments in the maintenance of associates’ records

Create reports and spreadsheets for the department

Supervise and coordinate events and activities

Report and follow-through on product recalls, contests, recaps, class recalls, and other activities
