Job Description

• Manage and analyze the Chili Retail P&L (sales to gross margin)
• Support annual budget and strategic planning, focused on profitable growth
• Set and track KPIs with Category teams and align targets with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Build financial business cases for new product innovation with cross-functional teams
• Partner with Category on pricing and packaging actions to deliver the financial plan (RGM)
• Track marketing spends with the Marketing team and control actual vs budget
• Prepare clear updates and reports to support decision-making
