Job Description

Objective:

The Category Commercial Manager is a lead contributor to delivering the in-year commercial performance within Kraft Heinz Mexico business unit. This person will be the senior Sales Business Partner, representing the category team in all

commercial-related topics.

This individual will analyze, develop, implement and track commercial initiatives to unlock profitable value creation opportunities that fulfill the Triple Win approach company, customer, and shopper needs.

This role will report into the Category Director, Mexico, and will have exposure to a wide variety of departments, all the while providing a strong understanding of the commercial levers within a business.

Activities:

  1. Strategy

I. Lead national sales strategy to accelerate revenue, market share, and profitable growth across all channels in Mexico

II. Monitor market and competitor trends to adapt strategies with speed and precision and delivery upon company targets

III. Extract customer, channel and shopper behaviour insights to unlock value accretive action plans

  1. Execution

I. Own the category sales P&L, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Kraft Heinz’ long-term ambitions

II. Drive commercial excellence through accurate forecasting and reporting; focus on sell-in & sell-out reconciliation

III. Prepare inputs & analyse category commercial plan & annual operating plan across pack, customer, and channel

  1. Partnership

I. Strengthen external relationships with major customers, and own annual negotiations and joint business plans

II. Build trusted internal partnerships with cross-functional leaders to ensure executional delivery of category commercial plan

II. Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Knowledge & Experience

§ Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, business, or equivalent is preferred

§ Technical Proficiency: Advanced skillset in Excel and PowerPoint

§ Language: Strong fluency in English
