Job Description

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Demand and Supply Planning Cycle:

• Participating in demand reviewing meeting and provide input regarding ordering status.
• Order Process
• Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system
• Provide reports on order status
• Reviewing production plan from affiliates and ensure product dispatch on time in full.
• Liaise with various carriers/forwarders to book vessels and schedule container stuffing for WH team
• Liaise with shipping agent on container pick up, export formalities and documentation.
• Prepare, review and send relevant documentation for customs clearance to customers.
• Manage claims submitted by affiliates.
• Reporting
• Prepare visibility on order progress and delivery, as well as service performance, following company KPIs
• Maintaining order database files and routine reports
• Providing the analysis report in term of container utilization, freight cost analysis, carrier performance to ensure cost optimization.
