Role purpose
This internship is designed as a learning experience. The intern supports the HR team through supervised coordination tasks and defined improvement projects. Final decisions, approvals, and employee-facing accountability remain with HR team members.
During your assignment, you will be part of the R&D People and Performance team. You’ll be working in a high-performance team, always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the People & Performance Lead of R&D International. As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be leading your own project, learning in an international environment. Get ready for a lot of exposure to stakeholders and to act as ambassador for Kraft Heinz.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Recruitment:
coordinate the recruitment for our next generation interns in the Young Talent Program.
- Internal communication:
creating our bi-monthly functional newsletters.
- HR support:
supporting our HR Business Partner on other relevant HR projects in our People and Performance cycle
Basic Requirements for all:
You should have strong communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch and other languages are not required but are an advantage.

HR, Business Administration/ International Business, Psychology, Communication or related field Bachelor/Masters student.

Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams/Outlook) is preferrable

Knowledge on Workday is a plus

Experiences with internship in Recruitment or HR is a plus

You are a self-starter, who can work independently and have a stakeholder management mindset.
Recruitment process
CV review – We screen applications for key eligibility criteria (e.g., EU working rights). Online Pymetrics assessment Screening interview – An initial interview conducted via Microsoft Teams. Hiring Manager interview Offer – Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the program.
