Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Marketing – Oscar Mayer is responsible for:
· Owning and managing a portfolio of products within the Oscar Mayer brand
· Developing long term portfolio and brand strategy along with the annual plan
· Guiding a cross-function team through business delivery and innovation commercialization
· Managing & coaching direct reports
This position is best suited for someone who has excellent command of business fundamentals and has strong leadership, communication, and story-telling skills.
Key Components of the Role:
· Lead and inspire own and cross-functional team to deliver plans, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability in service of brand objectives
· Own a portfolio of products with accountability for delivering volume, profit, and market share
· Lead annual business planning cycle – including three-year strategy, annual brand and operating plans, category stories, A&C budget, etc.
· Oversee business fundamentals (consumption analysis, pricing, demand and P&L forecast) and partner with Business Unit Sales & Strategy on day-to-day commercial management and innovation sell-in
· Deliver portfolio commercialization efforts across innovation, renovation, quality improvements and cost reductions
· Closely partner with Oscar Mayer Communications team on execution of marketing activations (above the line & omni-channel), and partner with Innovation team on pipeline and concept development
Qualifications:
· Proven ability to think big picture and define the destination, while still managing day to day details
· Has built and executed a strategic growth plan for a brand across top & bottom-line, over a 1YP and 3YP Horizon
· Strong business acumen – must have expertise in demand forecasting, consumption analysis (POS & panel), and P&L fluency
· Delivered results in driving demand for a brand across the 4 Ps of the marketing mix: product, price, place, and promotion and can coach others to do so
· Experience managing a team coupled with a passion for team development & culture building

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
