We have a phenomenal opportunity available as Key Account Indirect, Cash & Carry to make a difference in the company!
The position is part of the Iberia Business Unit, reports into the Retail Indirect Lead Iberia and has a lot of exposure to internal senior partners.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing customers within the indirect channel (Cash & Carry and Retail Wholesalers).
- Driving outstanding performance in sales fundamentals by establishing annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans. Prioritize and schedule activities to ensure all KPIs are achieved.
- Ensuring accuracy of monthly and weekly sales forecasts.
- Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Annual Operating Plan, including annual agreements, pricing strategies, new product and innovation listings, and campaign execution.
- Creating long-term sales plans for key customers, overseeing and adjusting sales activities to meet strategic objectives.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships that foster future sales and repeat business.
Qualifications Hard Skills and Capabilities
- University Degree, preferably from a Business School
- At least 4 – 3 years’ experience in a commercial role in FMCG
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to drive results and lead independently of age/role
