Head of Plant Karawang at Kraft Heinz

Job Description

This position is responsible to overseeing and directing end-to-end processes within Manufacturing, such as planning, production processes, maintenance, safety, quality and people management to meet product supply as per agreed plan and timeline, as well as align with KHMS, to support the business.

• Direct and manage plant operations starting from direct materials management, production processes until finish goods storage within agreed timeline, SKU, and desired tonnage to fulfill sales demand and on time in fill.
• Ensure all the manufacturing processes are comply with safety and quality standard as well as within agreed budget (MUV, maintenance cost, labor cost, utility cost, etc)
• Ensure the highest OEE rate to drive production process effectively and efficiently.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance regularly
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
• Driving the implementation of Quality System standard to comply with internal and external quality standards
• Drive and lead the deliverables of KHMS (Kraft Heinz Manufacturing System)
• Driving EHS program in accordance with Safety Rules standard in the company and government regulation to ensure and maintain safe condition in the Plant.
• Ensure the implementation of waste management in the factory is aligned with government regulation.
• Monitor the implementation of good house-keeping practices throughout the production and warehouse area.
• Responsible for the implementation of company policy on risk assessment mainly related to Policy, and Review
• Working closely with Logistic Team to manage finished goods transfer from Factory to designated DC
• Partnering with HRBP to build engaging and high performing team

Build strong partnership with Labor Union to drive conducive industrial relations climate in the Plant
