Job Description

About the Position

As an FP&A associate manager, you will be part of the East Operations Finance FP&A team based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our East region includes Eastern Europe, Poland, Middle East & Africa, Turkey and Russia.

You will be managing and piloting our EAST OPS Performance, assessing Risks and Opportunities, providing the run rate projection, tracking the expectations versus commitment, sharing insights across teams and supporting in operational plan deployment.

You will be coordination between Operations' Functions and across commercial Business Units.

We are looking for a high performing team player who will be responsible for EAST OPS EBITDA Process gatekeeping and

will be leading EAST OPS Continuous Improvement, Benchmarking and Cost efficiency optimization.

Key Activities

· Closing of OPS EBITDA and visibility on financial performance.

· Running and gatekeeping East Ops BBP financial processes (monthly, AOP, SP, ZBB)

· Key partner in Coordination with ops functions (PROC/MFG/LOG) and advising in key outlook projections

· Involved in Strat Plan and budget projections for Ops functions.

1 Analytics

  • Review, gatekeep, analytics, and challenge of:

i. Operations P&L (Price, Volume, Projects, Risks and Opportunities)

ii. OPS visibility (57 Visibility – Savings/Cost-Ins/Inflation/One OFFs / PVM)

iii. OPS Presentations and monthly connects with Ops Teams

2 Monthly Routines

  • Setup and drive monthly performance reviews (MPR) with OPS Functions.

  • Coordinate executive decks to leadership on reporting financials & initiatives tracking

  • Manage OPS bottom-up forecast and breakdown of performance tracking (savings, cost-ins, one offs, inflation, etc.)

3 Budget

  • Coordinate bottom-up budget process for OPS – Supply, Procurement, and connection to commercial P&L.

  • Leading the restatement exercise for East Ops.

Skills required to succeed in this challenge

  • Strong Analytical and continuous improvement Mindset

  • +4 year of Experience on Finance (FP&A, manufacturing finance, Logistics finance, procurement finance or Commercial Finance)

  • Logical Thinking to simplify complexity and bring solutions to business

  • Ability to Communicate in a Simple Manner and manage Interactions with many stakeholders

  • Skilled in managing complex and transversal processes.

  • Sense of Responsibility and Ownership

  • Data management skills are preferred (Tableau, Power BI, SAP, Alteryx, VBA, etc.)

You will need to provide a work permit to work in the Netherlands.
