About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Away from Home Regional Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Türkiye. You’ll be working in a high-performing team and be reporting to the Away from Home Distributor Operations Sales Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders, driving the Key Account plans and utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to implement the division and channel strategy.

In brief, you will be responsible for

  • The Distributor/Customer management, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; distribution; customer satisfaction)

  • Review weekly/monthly Distributor performance and highlight opportunities and risks

  • Lead the portfolio expansion strategy and manage new product launches

  • Support all market activation plans to maximize brand performance within the AFH Channel.

  • Identify market potential to establish New Accounts in the AFH channel and build a new customer pipeline

  • Closely monitor and follow up on all customer invoices (activity, price-discount-quantity differences)

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or related commercial functions

  • Away from Home Key Accounts experience is preferable

  • Track record in delivering targets

  • Ability to motivate and develop people

  • A high degree of practice in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel

  • A good command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively

This position will be based on Ankara.
