Job Description

You’ll work on real commercial projects that help shape innovation, pricing, and promotions—supporting business case validation and price strategy. You’ll build practical skills in pricing and promotion analytics, shopper and market metrics, and how retailers work, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and connecting with external industry networks. By the end, you’ll have tangible outputs you can point to, and a strong foundation for a career in commercial analytics and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support with the design of our innovative initiatives (e.g., business case validation, price strategy)
• Support on financials aspects of our innovation reviews, along with 3 Year Financial Roadmap
  for our Categories
• Assist on Promo Performance Analysis along with checks for Promo Adherence
• Conduct market research and produce insights linked to pricing, promotion and competitive dynamics
• Learn about shopper metrics, market share analysis and retailer ways of working
• Support to nurture partnerships with external organizations and Industry networks
• Learn, network, have fun and make people’s lives more delicious

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Good with numbers and Excel
• Comfortable analyzing data and spotting insights
• Interest in pricing, promotions, and innovation
• Clear communicator (can explain findings simply)
• Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
