About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Maintenance & Utilities Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Maintenance & Utilities Manager lies within the Turkey Business Unit and is location in our **Susurluk Factory.**You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Operation Director.

The delivery of the continuity of the production plan by ensuring the optimal condition of the machine and infrastructure and ensuring the supply of energy factors for the needs of the plant will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Susurluk Factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring technical preparation and maintenance of production continuity
  • Recruiting, leading, developing, motivating and managing a technical team.
  • Provision and management of energy factors and coordination of the subcontractor’s operation and service
  • Implement an optimal maintenance strategy per the company's policy. Ensuring the implementation of requirements in accordance with KHMS.
  • Coordinating projects aimed at optimizing production processes and media. Identify cost reduction opportunities while taking full advantage of E-auction initiatives.
  • Creating and supervising maintenance budget expenses.
  • Ensuring the improvement of QRMP and HSP standards in the company
  • Control and maintenance of QRMP and OHS RMP operational standards
  • Preserves no obligation to carry out other instructions of superiors regarding work in accordance with the law and the type of work specified in the contract.
  • Supporting programs to improve the safety culture. Reacting to inappropriate employee behavior. Submitting proposals for improving health and safety in applied and newly introduced production processes. Active participation in the analysis of accidents/incidents and incidents, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Higher technical education.
  • Minimum 3 years in managing a subordinate team.
  • Knowledge of the construction of machines and equipment in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SMED, TPM and RCM
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
  • Authorizations in the field of operation and supervision of operation, maintenance, repair and installation of electrical equipment
