Job Description

About the Position

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Logistics & Sustainability Manager at Kraft Heinz. This role is based in France and involves working with a high-performing team, reporting to the Head of S&OP and Logistics France. You'll interact with senior stakeholders and focus on delivering results and continuous improvement within the French Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution Management: Oversee our distribution network for Retail & Away From Home channels. Ensure warehouse capacity meets business needs and manage the annual logistics budget.

  • Transportation & Repacking: Maintain transportation and repacking performance to meet Kraft Heinz standards. Monitor logistics parameters, haulier performance, and prepare tenders with the European procurement team.

  • Cost Efficiency: Drive cost benefits through supply chain initiatives. Lead projects, ensure savings, and benchmark best practices.

  • Sustainability: Develop and lead the ESG roadmap, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and supply chain losses. Represent Kraft Heinz France in external ESG organizations and develop new partnerships.

  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of functional experts. Participate in the French supply chain leadership team and drive the organizational and people review process.

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in our logistics and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Mandatory experience in warehousing and distribution.

  • Additional experience in other supply chain functions such as planning, customer service, or manufacturing is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Retailers, and 3PLs.

  • Fluent in both French and English.

  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI and SAP.

  • Experience in People Management is a plus.
