Job Description

The Account receivable Analyst position oversees the managing and analysis a portfolio of assigned customers. Responsible for performing customer interactions that ensure payment and the financials of the customers are in accordance with the company policies and targets .

Key responsabilities

• Make sure their assigned customers complete payments as per the established term.
• Complete the daily checklist, following appropriate collection strategy steps.
• Complete the financial credit analysis for new customers and yearly maintenance, guaranteeing customer master data is updated.
• Owns and execute accounting processes related to treasury and AR team.

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration areas (Accounting / finance) or currently enroll in the similar careers.
• Previous experience in back office finance operations (Account receivable is a plus)
• Intermediate/Advanced English Level
• Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft office package (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc)
