Are you looking to grow your career in Sales? Do you want to join a dynamic team with a proven track record of internal growth and career advancement opportunities? We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Territory Account Manager to join our Field Sales team, based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Analyses available performance data to identify key drivers, opportunities, and actions to improve results across stores and territory.

  • Develops and executes store/territory plans independently, aligning activities to regional priorities and performance targets.

  • Delivers clear insights and recommendations to support the Regional Field Sales Manager in achieving execution and performance goals.

  • Builds and maintains productive relationships with buyers, owners, managers, and store teams to strengthen collaboration and outcomes.

  • Leads confident, insight-led customer discussions tailored to individual needs and decision-making styles.

  • Identifies emerging customer needs early and coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, timely solutions.

  • Applies best-in-class selling and influencing techniques (including persuasive storytelling) to secure distribution, ranging, and display wins.

  • Ensures excellent in-store execution: accurate, on-time planograms/relays, strong availability and visibility, and promotes best practice through informal coaching and sharing learnings.

About you:

  • Competent in Excel and able to interpret data outputs to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities.

  • Applies sales fundamentals confidently and demonstrates strong commercial judgement.

  • Analyses data to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities to drive commercial outcomes.

  • Builds strong, trusted relationships through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and adapting communication to different stakeholders.

  • Manages priorities across multiple stores with organisation and demonstrates resilience, initiative, ownership, and a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Holds a valid driver license and is willing to travel

  • Strong sales experience with a FMCG company or with key international or local retailers.

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence customers and internal teams.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand – with full working rights
