- Available for offline business interview on 23 April 2025 at ITB Campus
- Bandung

Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT)
is a program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector on becoming leaders of tomorrow.
**Over 12 months,**you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment with our leaders.
During the program, you’ll get:
- Opportunity to career growth and employee assistance program
- Intensive training and international exposure from different Business function
- Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)
- Support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

We are looking for you!
- Minimum bachelor's degree from university, with minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00.
- Will be graduating max. in August 2026. Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering background are advantageous
- Max. working experience: 2 years after graduation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
- Have strong leadership capabilities
