Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT)

is a program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector on becoming leaders of tomorrow.

**Over 12 months,**you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment with our leaders.

We are looking for you!

• Minimum bachelor's degree from university, with minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00.
• Will be graduating max. in August 2026. Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering background are advantageous
• Max. working experience: 2 years after graduation
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
• Have strong leadership capabilities
