Describe the broad function and scope of the position:

The position of Commercialization Projects Material Planner reports directly into the Commercialization Manager. The planner is responsible for the end-to-end materials planning process, ensuring the timely supply and availability of materials to support commercialization projects. This role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize material flow and minimize supply chain disruptions.

About the Position

• Accountable for KHC’s end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review.

• Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations.

• Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies

• Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.

• Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing

• Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the KHC commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management.

• +3 years of experience in project management (Innovation Projects, Renovation Projects or similar)

• Knowledge in SAP or a Project Management system.

• Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
