IT Project Associate Manager – WEEM East at a glance ...

You will manage projects in WEEM East region, partnering closely with business and Tech (local and global) stakeholders to ensure successful roll out of Tech projects/products.

Key Ingredients:

• Responsible for working with Tech partners and business stakeholders to successfully scope projects or any other Tech initiative, to establish the proper resource assignment and work allocation and to ensure to achieve intended business objectives.

• Generate capital appropriation requests where required and establish service contracts to execute capital projects in line with agreed to systems investment roadmap.

• Ensure stable and robust Tech solutions are implemented and used to their full potential by our end-users in these regions.

• Manage teams directly and indirectly involved in the projects

• Manage risks and opps of the project

• Manage project budgets (Opex/Capex)

• Own the documentation of the required updates to provide to the leadership teams.

• B.S. or BA in Computer Science or Information Systems or similar

• Minimum of 2 years of technology project management and/or business analysis/BRM experience in a business facing role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to network and influence senior leaders across the organization through understanding and simplifying complicated concepts.

• Experience of working in a complex multi country/ language/ time zone environment

• The ability to work both in a management capacity, and in a detailed, hands-on system capacity.

• The ability to manage third party partners.

• Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers.

• Conflict resolution skills

• Experience in application delivery and managing the implementation of packaged application and / or custom development applications.

• Understanding of Tech. Financials and budget planning (opex and capex)

• Functional experience in food or process manufacturing industries / CPG industries preferred

• Project Management Professional certification – Product Owner – Agile certification or similar is preferred
