Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A at a Glance….
The Global FP&A team is responsible for financial analysis, performance, and process implementation to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance globally. This Senior Financial Analyst position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad financial management experience across all Zones. The selected individual will have exposure to all levers within the financial statement and drive performance through data driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to Senior Leadership teams across the globe, including the Global CFO, Zone CFOs, and Global Heads of FP&A.
What’s on the menu?
- Play a critical role in the Global CFO’s main planning and reporting activities, including forecasts, the Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating Plan, ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives.
- Deliver analytical support to 4 global Zones, monitoring risks, opportunities, and action plans to help meet financial targets and drive performance.
- Assist in strategic planning, financial modeling, and creating impactful presentations for board and senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Zone Presidents.
- Coordinate tactical execution of the Annual Operating Plan, holding teams accountable for deadlines and fostering cross-team communication to ensure successful outcomes.
- Main point of contact between zones, IT, and global teams to finalize budget in system; liaison with IT team to ensure back-end system load is successful.
- Represent FP&A in the impairment cycle, validating forecasts, actuals, providing load support and facilitating discussions with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead benchmarking exercises, owning the process for comparing performance and practices across the organization and against industry standards.
- Engage in significant ad hoc projects, leveraging analytics and leadership skills to contribute to high-impact initiatives across the organization.
- Drive financial performance by leveraging cross-zone/cross-functional best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or applicable quantitative field, CPA preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Accounting required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to run complex models
- Possess critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis
- Ability to work in a high intensity environment, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
- Demonstrate proactive initiative and a readiness to engage with new challenges

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
