Job Description
Objective:
The People Analytics Manager will lead the people analytics function for the zone, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that support HR and leadership decision-making. The Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, prioritizing key analytics projects, and ensuring that the team’s work drives measurable improvements in people outcomes (this should consider managing the relationship with the global team as an important player in achieving the team's strategy). This role also involves close collaboration with P&P leads and senior executives to align analytics initiatives with business goals.

Build and implement a comprehensive People Analytics strategy that aligns with KHC goals and enhances HR decision-making

Team Management

Leading and mentoring the analytics team, guiding complex projects, ensuring professional development, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration; helping the team build relationships with stakeholders, managing conflicts, and creating space to boost their performance

Project Prioritization
-
Oversee the prioritization of analytics projects, balancing the need for deep insights, reactive support, and tool development to ensure the effective use of workforce data to support organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with all P&P Leads in the Zone, considering the particularities of each market and the team's priorities. Manage the relationship with the Global People Analytics Team, positioning the team as partners, exploring cross-project opportunities, and influencing the development of solutions that serve the zone.

Data Analysis

Lead the team in delivering high-value insights on key people metrics such as turnover, engagement, and retention, ensuring data-driven recommendations are aligned with business objectives.

Tool and Technology Management

Drive innovation within the team by exploring new methodologies, tools, and techniques for data analysis, visualization, and automation to improve the efficiency and impact of the team’s work.
Knowledge & Experience:
Must have:

Proven experience in managing people analytics or HR analytics teams.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding teams through complex and volatile environments.

Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Python, SQL, and Excel.

Experience collaborating with HR leaders and executives to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals.

Fluency in English
Nice to have:
