As a lead finance business partner to the business and 2IC to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A and ZBB Reporting Manager provides critical finance support to internal and external stakeholders, including the ANJ executive team. With lead responsibilities over KHC business cycles and related reporting and submissions to the EPDM Zone, this position will be required to effectively interact with multiple levels of leadership across the organization. With a continuous improvement mindset, the FP&A and ZBB Reporting Manager will support the driving of the finance agenda cross the business.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responsibility of the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycle (budget, forecast and performance reviews).

Maintain and further develop KHC financial templates and decks that provides reliable information to the management team.
-
Support the collation and presentation of monthly and quarterly business reviews to the Business Unit CEO/CFO along detailed variance explanations. Ensure that they are fully aware of the shape the business is in.

Lead the development or improvement of existing processes relating to KHC business cycle/financial reporting.

Manage business unit P&L and Cash flow (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea):

Develop metrics to track team-specific and company-wide performance. Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levels.

Continuously challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement across all functions
-
Lead Working Capital and Cash Flow Agenda for ANJ
-
Oversee the management and control of fixed cost spend (ZBB), ensuring spend is according to policy and budgets while partnering with stakeholders to capture efficiencies and challenge performance.

Responsible for ANJ reporting infrastructure, including:
-
Optimizing our financial reports, providing accurate and timely visibility
-
Ability to create and maintain conceptual and highly complex, efficient, logical financial models.

Work with IT and FP&A Planning and Insights Manager to drive continuous improvements of KHC reporting software/systems
-
Lead Data structure and availability to the business
-
Manage and continue to develop the FP&A team
-
Support other ad hoc requests/analysis/projects related but not limited to business profitability, long-range forecast and strategic plan

Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
About you:

experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.

Extensive people management experience
-
Experience working on transformation projects, demonstrated competency in improving efficiency
-
FMCG industry experience (highly desirable)

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
-
Advanced presentation skills, able to synthesise and communicate effectively with all levels of the business and cross functionally.
-
Strong stakeholder engagement skills (including leading ELT forums), business partnering and communication skills.

Commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex datasets and simplify messaging
-
A drive to challenge the status quo, and demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality
-
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines
-
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
