Job Description
-
岗位职责
-
对负责的设备、项目及人身安全负责,防止安全事故发生;
-
督促组织制定外围设备、设施年度设备预防性维护计划,并定期回顾、更新预防性维护计划内容,确保预防性维护内容的有效性;
-
监督检查外围设备、设施预防性维护计划的实施情况,对发现的不符合项,及时提醒外围维修人员,并反馈给上级领导;
-
随时待命,负责所有外围设备突发性故障抢修,尽量减少停机时间;
-
出现重大设备故障或规定时间内不能自行解决的,需及时汇报;
-
确保外围设备故障率及维修费达到AOP要求;
-
负责计量部分的审计条款,并确保达到AOP要求;
-
保证污水处理系统正常运转,达到排放要求;
-
保证备件库正常运行,库存合理,保障备件供应;
-
负责对外围维修人员进行设备方面的培训,负责对新来设备人员或技术级别低的设备人员进行培训;
-
参与完成外围设备和建筑的CAPEX投资项目;
-
在设备的安装维修过程中贯彻和执行GMP、HACCP和食品行业相关要求;
-
执行KHMS要求,完成改进计划,执行风险评估,变更控制,绩效检查;
-
积极完成其他临时性工作安排;
-
KHMS相应职责,具体由部门经理给予指引执行

人员管理职责
-
负责外围维修团队的建设,激发保持维修人员的工作积极性;
-
负责外围维修人员管理和考勤工作;
-
明确每一位下属的职责、并督促其工作,对出现的不符合项及时进行指导和纠正;
-
风险管理职责
-
理解质量政策和所承担的义务;
-
遵守质量风险管理的程序和工作指引;
-
执行风险控制的措施降低风险;
-
及时报告事故、产品缺陷 ;
-
遵守EHS安全管理规定和操作要求,包括但不限于执行上锁挂牌、作业许可证管理、BOS管理等要求;
-
及时报告发现的安全隐患、准事故、工伤事故。
-
教育背景:
-
专科或以上学历,机械、电气、电子等与设备相关专业;
-
经验及专业技能:
-
5年或以上从事食品生产制造设备设施维护、外围能源设备、,备件仓库管理经验;
-
具备TPM相关的管理经验和知识
-
熟悉外围设备(锅炉、污水站、空压机等)、建筑的技术和管理;
-
熟悉食品质量管理系统的相关要求,HACCP和GMP、SSOP等;
-
英语听说熟练,英语读写精通
-
逻辑清晰,具备水电气数据分析和相关设施的管控能力
-
具备可持续改善能力,推动工厂OEE和KPI(停机率等)的改善
-
个人素质:
-
具备一定的管理和领导能力和一定的设备专业知识;
-
富有责任心和挑战精神,有发现问题和解决问题能力;
-
具备一定的内部和外部沟通表达能力和团队合作能力;
-
对下属有一定的指导能力和培养能力;
-
独立分析和解决问题;
