Job Description

  1. Monitoring and ensuring correct and comply data inputted in the system

  2. Executing Payroll end to end processes in Factory Karawang & Karawang DC following the latest and updated regulation by government and company

  3. Ensuring all employee registered BPJS & insurance, and doing movement data

  4. Collecting Insurance excess information and collecting the excess from employees

  5. Connect with external vendor to fix issues in the system

  6. Work with Government and insurance institution related to cost to the company and to the employees

  7. Monitoring Plant expense review month to month

  8. Monitoring Union member’s fee

  9. Supporting absenteeism, manhour & people cost data to SCF & HRBP

  10. Supporting severance calculation, letter creation for Promotion/ Loan

11.Initiate automation process in CB to simplify the complex and repetitive administrative process

  1. Provide analysis, insight and recommendation related to process improvement related to effectivity and expense utilization
