Job Description

Main Purposes of the Job:

The Head of IT drives business unit growth through its role as a business partner for the Indonesia management team, in advising on technology capabilities and providing technology solutions to the Business Units. Responsible for overall delivery of IT Services for the Indonesia and South East Asia Business Units. The IT Lead manages demand, focusing on service delivery, and building new business capabilities that will allow the business unit and functional area to gain a competitive advantage through technology.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Provide the strategic and tactical direction to build an agreed to IT Systems Roadmap that reflects alignment between IT and business function

Develop and create the IT roadmap for a business functional area(s) and facilitate alignment of functional strategic plans with the overall scope, roadmap and priorities of Global IT

Build relationships with key Kraft Heinz Business Unit management team and process owners to understand needs, priorities and identify solutions. Proactively seek out and recommend best in class IT solutions for business problems.

Owns the IT relationship with Key Users within the Regional Team.

Work with Global IT capability, platform and architecture groups to ensure alignment with the IT strategies and business priorities

Responsible for demand planning and ensuring that projects are prioritized, planned, scheduled, monitored and communicated effectively

Managing strategic programs (ie. Global Application System Implementation) to drive capabilities across countries working with Business Units and globally to understand business requirements, collaborating with experts across the region, in a matrix with the global IT team

IT planning and budget control for the country

Accountable for delivery of IT Service to achieve the strategic vision and deliver expected results while also ensuring that the function’s operational and tactical needs from IT are being met.

Responsible for working with IT and business leadership to successfully initiate projects, establish the proper resource assignment and work allocation to ensure project’s achieve intended business objectives.

Responsible for ensuring effective post-implementation systems support is established for new systems for the functional area

Collect, review and assess customer usage and feedback of systems on a regular basis and incorporate learnings into future developments

Generate capital appropriation requests and establish service contracts to execute capital projects in line with agreed to systems investment roadmap.

Establish and monitor service level agreements that represent business needs and work with infrastructure and application architecture team and partner with COE team to ensure warranty and utility of the technology programs.

Managing, motivating, and directing a team of people, who are eager and able to make a huge positive impact on the Kraft Heinz business.

Requirements:

IT/ Computer Science background with minimum in bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree is an advantage

8+ years relevant experience in IT preferably in a multinational industry

5+ years in management role

Experience in managing multiple areas of IT including IT planning and budgeting, systems development, technology infrastructure, and vendor management

Experience in End User service delivery, change management and user engagement & enabling proper user experience

Transform transactional IT’s role into capability driven functional partner

Business acumen and ability to operate at both strategic and operational level

Up-to-date knowledge of local and global IT market, with emphasis on latest technology trends and possible application to support business growth

Experience in one or more technical domains (Software delivery, Infrastructure, Systems implementation etc.)

Project Management Certification (PMP) and/or Service Management Certification (ITIL) is an advantage

Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders from different functions and different organizational levels

Strong interpersonal skills, experience of a multicultural environment is a major bonus

Experience in managing multi-country teams would be a benefit

Self-starter, positive attitude, and drive for results

Willingness to travel as required, and mobility is an advantage
