Senior Seller Acquisition Analyst
Role Specific Information Job Description About the Role
As Senior Seller Acquisition Analyst, you will drive strategic growth for the Kohl’s Marketplace by identifying high‑potential opportunities, refining the Kohl’s value proposition and equipping the recruitment team with advanced sales enablement tools. You will analyze competitive landscapes, optimize seller outreach and partner cross‑functionally to accelerate marketplace expansion.
What You’ll Do

Identify specific product categories where the marketplace is underserved and direct prospecting efforts to fill those gaps

Analyze Amazon, Walmart and Target commission structures regularly and seller incentives to recommend enhancements to the Kohl’s value proposition
-
Create and own A/B test pitch decks, cold email templates and one‑pagers to improve conversion rates
-
Serve as a super-user for Jungle Scout and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, ensuring data integrity and exploring new features to automate manual tasks for the Coordinator

Provide deal coaching to the Coordinator to help navigate complex objections and high‑value negotiations

Demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills

Proactively manage relationships with cross-functional partners

Partner with the Merchant teams to ensure recruited sellers align with the overall brand vision

Design and present timely pipeline health reports to leadership, translating CRM data into actionable business insight

Collaborate with the marketing team to align seller acquisition efforts with upcoming seasonal promotions or site events

Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or business development
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
