About the Role

As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of
merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department
  supervisors
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
• Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
• Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards
• Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices
• Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
• Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers
• Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.

• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.

• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 9 hours).

• Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.

• Ability to comply with health and safety standards.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures

• Kohl’s uses Biometric equipment for various business purposes, which may include timekeeping, access, secure entry/exit, temperature/wellness screenings, or other business operations
