- What you will do • Tackle specific problem spaces critical to Klarna’s current needs, with ample growth opportunities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Bring innovative ideas from diverse areas, including information retrieval, large-scale system design, data storage/processing, security, artificial intelligence, UI design, and mobile development.
- Develop your professional skills in an entrepreneurial organization that encourages working with your areas of interest.
- Use state-of-the-art technology to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software; take full responsibility for the lifecycle of your code.
- Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices; act as both a mentor and mentee.
- Work in small, autonomous teams with short release cycles.
- Contribute to open-source projects: Klarna GitHub. Who you are • Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experienced with common JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
- Skilled in React and React Native.
- Knowledgeable in product development, cloud technologies, and microservices.
- Passionate about writing clean and testable code.
- Familiar with Agile practices, including Pairing, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery. Awesome to have • Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React + React Native with Redux.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Knowledge of REST API and GraphQL API.
