Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Temporary) to support end‑to‑end recruiting activities for a wide range of engineering and professional positions. This role will support high‑volume and specialized hiring needs in alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and administer end‑to‑end staffing and recruiting processes
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and support approved requisitions
- Identify, evaluate, and leverage appropriate recruiting channels, including internal postings, agencies, and external platforms
- Source, screen, and assess candidates while building and maintaining a strong, sustainable talent pipeline
- Collaborate closely with recruiting agencies and external vendors
- Support recruiting activities by participating in online and offline job fairs and recruiting events as needed
- Maintain and review recruiting data and metrics to monitor hiring progress, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting and analysis of recruiting activities
Minimum Qualifications Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting diverse engineering roles in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred
- Experience working in a global or multinational company preferred
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
